Monday morning workout. I had NO energy at all. I didn't get out of bed on time. I didn't get to the gym on time. I didn't even finish my workout on time! And... It took me so long to get ready and get to work. It's just sad! I'm 20-freakin-3 years old! I shouldn't be this tired! I should be energetic and excited and happy! But I'm not. (I'm seriously screwed up ya'll). Anyways... I'm uploading this post on Wednesday, 5/13. Pretty sad, right? Anyways, this week has been dragging on. I'm so tired and depressed. I haven't felt good this week. I missed my workout yesterday and this morning. I'm pushing for a workout tonight but I feel like I'm about to take a nap at my desk. Yes, I get my 8 hours of sleep. I went to sleep at 10PM last night! And I couldn't even wake up by 7am! That's 9 hours!
I'm so frustrated... Besides the lethargy, I haven't lost any weight! I've been eating under my calories level. WebMD states I should be eating ~1700 calories but I can't eat that much! I eat around 1200 calories and I'm satisfied. Usually if I eat more than 1200, I feel sick to my stomach and get headaches. I drink plenty of water. I carry around a 56oz jug I drink out of and refill 2x a day. More on days I workout. I eat fruits and veggies with a side of meat. I eat gluten free foods and cook balanced meals. I prep my meals 2x a week and my husband is actually eating some of my meals! I work out at least 4x a week and burn a minimum of 500 calories per workout.
I just don't get it. RAWR! But I'm not giving up. I will continue to work hard and get rid of all of this excess fat. I will continue to eat healthy and complete meals. I just wish I could feel hungry and energetic. Those are the two feelings I haven't felt since high school. Anyways... Enough for today. Below are my stats for Monday's workout and motivation for the rest of the week.
