This is me... MaddyGrace. I started this blog on 12/11/12 just because I wanted to blog about my journey. I've struggled with my weight most of my life. I kept it under control through high school and college. I weighed approximately 150lbs in high school and 170lbs in college. When I got married in June 2011, I weighed 185lbs! I don't think that's horrible but I was definitely overweight.

Now, I weigh in at a whopping 250lbs! WOOHOO! Isn't that awesome!?! It's really not. I could understand if it was muscle, but it's not. It's FAT! Nasty, down right unhealthy fat. It's time for a change. A BIG change. About 90lbs worth of change! It's going to be a really LONG journey. But this is just the beginning.

Starting Weight (12/11/12): 240lbs
Current Weight (11/20/14): 255lbs
Lost to Date: 0lbs
Goal Weight: 150lbs


Starting BMI: 37.1 (Obese)
Current BMI: 41.2 (Obese)
Starting W2H: .53 (Pear - increased risk)
Current W2H: .55 (Pear - increased risk)

Healthy Weight Range: 115 to 154. (According to WebMD. Doesn't make much sense because they didn't factor in bone structure or muscle).
Intake goal: 1641
Target Heart Rate (General Fitness): 98 to 127
Target Heart Rate (High Intensity): 156 to 166
Target Heart Rate (Recovery): 98 to 127
